Who we are
This website is run by Sean Birchall, trading as Receptwell, Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland ("we", "us"). For anything about your personal data, contact us at sean@receptwell.com.
What this website collects
- Contact enquiries. If you use the contact form, email us or phone us, we receive your name, contact details, business details and your message. We use these only to reply and to discuss our services.
- Voice demos. If you choose to start a live AI voice demo, your voice and the conversation are processed by the demo's voice AI provider so the AI can respond. Nothing from the provider loads until you start a demo, and demo calls are used only to run the demo.
- Booking a call. If you book a call through our scheduling link, your booking details are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
- Region choice. If you choose a region, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It isn't sent to us.
- Hosting and fonts. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site; its request logs for this site are kept for one hour. Fonts are served from this website, so no data is sent to a font provider.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data. See our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. For clients, contracts, invoices and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as tax law requires, and other correspondence is deleted within 12 months of the work ending.
Our clients' callers
When we provide an AI system to a business, we process its callers' and leads' data on that business's behalf under a written agreement. The business's own privacy notice explains how that data is used.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Contact us at sean@receptwell.com and we will respond promptly.
